In short to medium-span situations we have the ability to fabricate porcelain bridgework in One Appointment with our Cerec technology. In longer-span situations, we utilize porcelain fused to a metal or zirconium substructure and, in some cases, a one-piece zirconium restoration. Dr. Guerra evaluates several factors when designing bridgework, including the strength needed for success as well as the esthetic requirement.
